About Nancy N.

I lead my professional life by two principles: versatility and passion. Ever since I obtained my graduate degree in Graphic Design Engineering with a double degree in Management, I have fulfilled a variety of creative roles; such as Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Web Designer, to name a few. I have had to adapt myself and learn new processes, skills, and tools for every single one of these roles. Furthermore, being versatile has allowed me to open up to change and recognize when it is time to let go of the old ways and learn something new. Being passionate about my work has been the perfect complement to being versatile; working in a field I love motivates me to do research on a daily basis, stay up-to-date with the latest trends, practice just for the sake of creating, and constantly challenge myself in the pursuit of growth and improvement. Nowadays, I am a Creative Director in charge of a team of 20+ people. My team is composed of a range of backgrounds, nationalities, skills, and experiences. One of my main goals now is to lead by example and inspire my team to be as versatile and passionate.
