An agile problem solver, I have a wide range of experience working for companies large and small where I've held many different roles-sometimes simultaneously-in commercial design, product development, manufacturing and sales. I provide design, sourcing and production solutions for private label brands, independent designers, and retail brands that positively impact product output as well as operational budget.Past achievements include-> Led the design overhaul of Lucky Brand Handbags and grew business from $3 million to $10 million within the first year-> Simultaneously rebuilt the entire overseas manufacturing and supplier base for Lucky Brand handbags on a fast paced and shortened time frame. Worked with Production team to transition production out of China and into India-> Actively led the selection of manufacturers to establish and solidify relationships, leading to double digit margin growth and long-term foundational partnerships.
