About Nancy Plante

I consult with both the software company and/or the professional services firm to assist in the planning and implementation of enterprise software, including QA, testing, change management, training and documentation. I have managed enterprise software projects: the people and/or project tasks for over 20 years to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources. From accounting conversions to new websites, including intranets or internal web applications, I have been on both sides of creating requirements for or responding to RFIs and RFPs, as well as providing contract content for NDAs and SLAs for software and technical services. My expertise includes creating and documenting best practices, handling business and process analysis, workflow charts, managing (often finding & hiring) resources, reporting and using a variety of software tools to manage all different types of operations, projects and admin departments. I expanded my services with a marketing spin, including web design, writing content, social media management, graphic design (photoshop) and even photography (bio and stock photos for web content). On the writing side, I am also a writer. I have taken several business communications and creative writing courses. Besides Training materials, project reports, ads and marketing materials, my passion is writing fiction. My writing has been featured in over ten anthologies. Mission: Whatever the project, I look at the big picture, break the details down into a WBS (the devil is always in the details!), then work with your resources and vendors to see the project through to successful implementation.
