I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a focus on Professional Selling and Sales Management at San Diego State University, where I am also a representative of the Hispanic Business Student Association. Since October 2023, I have been working as a Technical Specialist at Apple, where I utilize my strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and support. In my previous role as a Sales Specialist at Apple, I mentored and guided new team members, demonstrated technical expertise, and cultivated a welcoming atmosphere for diverse customers. I also leveraged my proficiency in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking customers, providing comprehensive product information and support in their native language. I am passionate about connecting with people, learning new technologies, and delivering value to the organization and the customers. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a collaborative and supportive attitude.
