With over ten years of experience as a Commercial Credit Underwriter, I have developed and applied my risk analysis expertise to assess and approve various commercial lending transactions across different banks and sectors. My mission is to provide quality service and value to my clients and stakeholders, while adhering to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.My core competencies include financial and cash flow analysis, risk rating assessment, variance analysis, reporting and analysis, and proficiency in various software tools, such as MS Office, Power BI, CoStar, REIS, Moody's Cloud, Salesforce, SageWorks, and Baker Hill. In my most recent role at OceanFirst Bank, I worked with a team of dedicated professionals to evaluate and approve CRE and C&I deals, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures, and mitigating credit risk. I am always eager to learn new skills and methods to enhance my performance and contribute to the success of my organization.
