About Nancy Schneider

With over 20 years of work experience in the culinary and media fields, most recently I was a product development chef at Miele and a contributing writer at The Star-Ledger. I design, test, and demonstrate innovative recipes for Miele's appliances, test appliances and conduct trainings. Additionally, I write articles and reviews on food trends, restaurants, and cooking techniques for The Star-Ledger. I have a passion for creating and sharing delicious and healthy dishes, and I have a background in culinary arts and communication and media studies. I have also trained and mentored hundreds of students as an instructor at Job Corps, Department of Labor, where I taught them culinary skills and prepared them for careers in the hospitality industry. My core competencies include training, recipe testing, menu development, writing, and presentation. I am committed to excellence, innovation, and diversity in the culinary and media sectors, and I enjoy collaborating with and learning from my colleagues and customers.
