Capital Systems Accountant for the largest P&G plant in the world, supporting 4 business units. For the past 2+ years I have been supporting 4 separate business units. I manage financials on approximately 160+ projects for 45+ individuals equating to $15+ million dollars. Duties include but not limited to adhering to GAAP, budget reconciliation, review project funding requests, assign project funds (WBS spending codes), project/budget trending and forecasting, as well as submit, investigate, and fix POs and invoices. I currently review project costs, feasibility, and spending on projects requested by Project Managers. I am a Power Bi Administrator, SharePoint Administrator, My Learning Administrator, and SAP user. I completed Project Management Essentials and Cost Engineering training. I am the site single point of contact and owner for all capital assets within the plant; approx. assets. I am an Internal Controls Auditor for Fixed Assets. I am building site capital digitization capabilities through MS Power Apps, reinventing site SharePoint capabilities, redesigning the Capital SharePoint site and utilizing Power Bi to create reporting.
