I stepped into the Association world in 1992, and have loved every minute of it! Though I've shown myself to be a versatile leader who can step in where needed, I'm in my element with: Program, Project and Event Management Education Program Development Volunteer Leadership Initiatives Whether it's chapter, leadership and membership transformation; relationship management; or education initiatives, I'm known for inspiring and leading others to achieve metrics-driven results. My reputation supports my value proposition: I am unabashedly committed to facilitating others' development, connection and impact; I am a high-profile mission champion in every way, knowing that it will involve the inevitable challenges and opportunities that arrive with equally-inevitable change. I really believe in the adage that it takes a village. I've been fortunate to work with organizations that were/are project and service oriented - my wheelhouse. I'm that kind of leader; one who strives to bring out the best collective effort from talent and resources, always towards the greater good!
