About Nancy Steetle

My work life has included leadership positions in corporate, governmental and non-profit organizations in the areas of fundraising, headhunting, investment banking, real estate and community development. As satisfying as all this work was, my greatest joy and satisfaction came after being unexpectedly forced to retire due to a chronic medical condition. I decided to build on my favorite part of every job that I ever had: assisting staff and colleagues to see and develop their gifts/talents, identify what was holding them back and support their efforts to create a path forward. It is my joy to help people find, change or retool careers. Often the search for meaningful and satisfying work becomes a pathway for you to enhance the rest of your life. I work with national and international clients. For example, clients discover that exploring what is limiting or satisfying in their work history, can produce and support more clarity and focus in other areas of their lives: improved relationships, health, vision for the future. The types of clients I’ve worked with in the past include HR executives, entrepreneurs, health practitioners, venture capitalists, pastors and the newly retired.
