Achieving great things through an organisation’s people is what I’m passionate about. Whether it’s working on an industry leading hotel start-up project - or steering a merger in the disability sector. An experienced people and culture professional, I enjoy working collaboratively in a team, be it project or executive based, to ensure the people strategy connects to the organisational. Great at building relationships, solving problems and driving change, I can see the bigger picture, love joining the dots and strive to ensure our people are empowered to be the best they can be. With a diverse skill base, I have Executive experience in people leadership, all facets of human resource management, strategy planning and execution, change management, stakeholder management, organisational development, risk and compliance and Board participation. I hold an MBA (Human Resource Management), a member of AHRI and a Graduate of AICD.
