Over the past 20 years, I have acquired extensive global HR leadership experience focused on optimizing and transforming HR Programs and employee life cycle operations. SIGNATURE ACCOMPLISHMENTS Led global deployment of Workday for core HCM and all HR COE functions, managing aggressive scope, schedule and capital budget with numerous complex integrations to external vendors and internal IT infrastructure. Led expansion of Global HR Shared Services, integrating 24 countries in 3 years employees) for associate life cycle events focused on efficiency and user experience. Led a global team of 25 people in the redesign of Associate Life Cycle events, driving simplified and innovative processes (Lean) to leverage consistent results for digital transformation and HR insight. Co-led deployment of enterprise-wide technologies including SAP Successfactors for HR, Recruiting Manager (ATS), Payroll, Time, & 3rd party vendor technology integrations.
