This is only my latest career - I'm still up for trying new things to see where else I can add value and have an impact. I relish challenges, I'm calm in chaos, and I'm skilled at bringing together disparate points of view to find common ground. I've also been told I'm great at herding cats and keeping the trains running on time. Translation, I know how to work with people to get results. I've been fortunate to have been able to evolve my career into a number of different paths, leaning on past experiences to build on new ones. This has given me an extensive tool box with all of these unique devices and people to draw on, from launching national product programs to managing a CEO transition to ideating and validating solutions rooted in solving real customer problems. The challenges may be different, but the fundamentals to approach them are the same - create a supportive & inclusive culture where people can develop & grow, make decisions to remove barriers & solve difficult problems, and build tools & experiences that make an impact.
