As an HR Business Partner at Tetra Tech Canada, I bring over 7 years of experience in human resources - partnering with leaders through everything from employee relations matters and team dynamics to workforce planning/hiring and benefits. I’ve become known as someone people turn to when they need a thoughtful, level-headed approach and a trusted sounding board. I hold a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Alberta, where I graduated from the cooperative education program majoring in Human Resources with a minor in Marketing. My experience covers the full HR spectrum - employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, policy interpretation, grievance management, and more. I’ve supported leaders through sensitive issues, and am well versed in having those hard conversations. I believe putting people first and tailoring your solutions and advice specific to each leader is so important. Whether partnering with leaders, resolving conflicts, or simply being a steady, trusted voice in someone’s corner, I strive to show up with empathy, integrity, and a drive to make work better for everyone involved. I hope to continue to grow and evolve as an HR professional and am always looking for the next challenge.
