About Nancy Watson

Dr. Nancy Watson, a 1981 magma cum laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College, has built a distinguished career as a chiropractor, educator, and business leader. With a unique blend of organizational acumen and a deep commitment to holistic health, she has successfully balanced multiple roles: from raising her two daughters, to managing a thriving chiropractic practice, teaching, facilitating seminars, and developing effective marketing strategies. For over 40 years, Dr. Watson has been an integral part of the chiropractic community. While actively practicing chiropractic for 15 years, she also earned a 500-hour certification in Kundalini Yoga and specialized certifications in Pregnancy and Prenatal Yoga. As an assistant instructor for the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and SOTO-USA, she has taught chiropractic techniques and has been instrumental in developing seminar programs, increasing membership, and establishing a strong social media presence. Dr. Watson co-founded Wellesley Chiropractic Office in Wellesley, MA, in 1982 with her husband, Dr. Martin Rosen. Although she no longer provides direct patient care, she remains deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, including patient scheduling, intake, exams, and practice management. Dr. Watson's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her diverse accomplishments. She has co-managed a non-profit organization, coordinated regional seminars for SOTO-USA, managed a commercial retail business, and currently oversees seminar scheduling, marketing, and venue management for the Peak Potential Institute (PPI). She and Dr. Rosen launched PPI to provide chiropractors worldwide with both in-person and online training opportunities. Their programs, including the Pediatric Chiropractic Certification, have trained thousands of chiropractors, many of whom have gone on to achieve advanced certifications and teaching roles. Known for her integrity, commitment, and boundless energy, Dr. Watson excels at creating and managing successful ventures from concept to completion. At the Peak Potential Institute, her focus is on advancing the field of chiropractic care through education that integrates art, science, and philosophy.
