About Nancy West
I am passionate about life and work. I love my teaching, training, and curriculum design career. I have taught Chinese in high schools and Chinese Dual Immersion. I have been a mentor, a teacher trainer, and a head teacher. I also worked as a STARTALK teacher trainer, assessment team member, and curriculum specialist. Currently, I serve as the BYU Chinese Flagship secondary assistant supervisor for the F-LAN grant. I develop curriculum, teacher training programs, assessment, and research for elementary and secondary Chinese learning. Designing K-2 Chinese workbooks for USOE and Mandarin Matix Publisher. I am also a translator and interpreter for years. Looking for relocation to outside of the United States. Interested working in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Mid Eastern areas.
