As a current CFO and VP of Finance, I have a successful 15+ year record of experience and achievements in financial strategy development, department leadership, finance department turnarounds, accounting, and auditing. I’ve been successful in working with executive teams to spearhead the development and implementation of financial strategies and establish financial infrastructures to align with and support corporate vision. Some of my key accomplishments include: • Managed $65 million budget and developed/implemented cost controls to optimize use of financial resources. • Instrumental in accelerating company’s software conversion and improving employee “buy-in” for new cloud-based ERP system. • Reduced debt 50% and led efforts resulting in bonded debt being upgraded by Moody’s from Baa1 to A3. • Administered $100+ million in grant funds and optimized fund utilization for a multi-year $138 million project.
