I am a member of the APAC Executive Leadership team at RRD GO Creative leading outsourced Global delivery operations for a large portfolio of multinational clients including investment banks, retirement services firms, insurance companies, technology firms and conglomerates. I have setup the Research, Data Science and Analytics and well as F&A outsourced operations for many clients. I have helped customers transform their back office, front office and F&A operations through automation, digitization, leveraging AI and Analytics. I have a track record of demonstrating productivity gains in operations through continuous improvement. I have delivered growth through by supporting marketing of services to new clients, cross selling and upselling to existing clients. I have demonstrated profitable growth for my portfolio through efficient cost management and innovation. I am also the executive sponsor for DEI activities at RRD GO Creative. I also have experience in Management Consulting and Corporate Finance with experience in business development and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Valuations and Brand Valuations.
