I have over 15 years of consulting experience in procurement domain which includes Procurement/Business Process Analysis while implementing e-Procurement technology modules in Ariba and Coupa. I have global delivery experience in leading and supporting projects in the US, EU and Canada. My sector experience encompasses Industrial Manufacturing, Corporate and Core Banking, Healthcare and Insurance. I have worked as implementation lead in upstream and downstream modules mainly the Sourcing, Contracts Management, Procure to Pay, Guided Buying, Supplier Enablement, Catalogs and Invoice Pro Management of Ariba cloud platform. I have a similar experience implementing Coupa projects globally. I'm very well experienced in procurement process and technology assessment, vendor selection and building target operating model based on industry and client specific requirements. I am proficient in conducting workshops, design sessions, conducting stakeholder interviews, business blueprinting, implementation based on blue print, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support.
