I am Nanda Kumar Das, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in military and corporate leadership, specializing in growth enablement and operational excellence within the technology and services industry. After leading sales operations for Genpact for six years, I recently have taken up a role to drive end to end go to market motions for global capability centres (GCCs). I believe that GCCs would further evolve into transformation and innovation hubs for the enterprise and directly contribute to revenue generation for the holding enterprise. Genpact with our proven domain and process expertise is rightly positioned to partner with both green-shoot as well as established GCCs to help them realise their transformation dream across key business processes. Our advance technology focus including agentic solutions are poised to ensure that cost-out and innovation ambitions co-exist. My current focus is to ensure that GCC leadership is appraised about the capabilities that a partnership with Genpact could unlock. In other words to obviate a situation where the client feels, “I wish I knew this option existed before I took the decision to proceed.” Before this tenure I served as the Vice President at Genpact, where I lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing proposal quality & implementing innovative technological solutions. My journey has equipped me with a robust skill set in strategic planning, change management, and people leadership, allowing me to transform teams into high-performing units. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to bridge delivery excellence with commercial strategy, managing over $200M in procurement and global supply chain operations. I have successfully integrated GenAI technologies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. My leadership has led to my team winning 14 prestigious international awards, underscoring our commitment to excellence in bid management and proposal quality. I am passionate about empowering teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust to drive success.
