He is also competent in marketing, customer relationship management and customer experience. Nanda monitor and escalate customer modification requests from all channels until the process is complete, control the customer care locker disruption tickets. The customers are educated regarding complaints and ensure customers get solutions and tickets are closed. A Bachelor of Business Administration experienced graduate from Telkom University, School of Communication and Business. I have experience working as Customer Service Officer at Telkom Indonesia. As a student, i had organization and projects, which help me improve and increase my abilities leadership, probloem solving, critical thinkingand smart wok. I also joined the entrepreneur festival and business plan competition.
