With over 16 years of experience in the financial sector, I am currently the Head of Treasury at Aspire, a leading All-in-One Finance platform for SMEs in Asia. In this role, I manage the liquidity, funding, and FX risk of the company, and leverage my FinTech expertise to optimize the treasury operations and processes. Previously, I was the Group Head of Treasury at M-DAQ Global, a FinTech company that provides cross-border payment solutions, where I oversaw the treasury strategy, policies, and controls across multiple markets and currencies. I also have a strong background in FX sales and trading, having worked at BNP Paribas for six years, servicing corporate, Private Banks, Real Money and other institutional clients. I hold a CFA charter and two certificates from The Wharton School on Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, and FinTech: Foundations, Payments, and Regulations. I am passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, and how it can create value and impact for businesses and society. I am also fluent in English, Chinese and Burmese, and have excellent communication skills. As the Head of Treasury at Aspire, I aim to support the company's mission of empowering SMEs with financial access and inclusion, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
