About me. More than 25 years of experience in the field of Insurance, Technology and Consulting. Currently leading a team of 100+ AI experts and responsible for delivery of Gen AI, AI and Intelligent Automation projects for Healthcare, Insurance and Life sciences clients of my current employer. Between 2017 and 2024, I was leading domain consulting group for Insurance and Retirements with the same employer. Grew the team size from 100 to 500. We signed up partnerships with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Vitech during these years. In individual capacity, I have led multiple consulting assignments across different countries as well as led offshore teams in the last 20 years and have more than 10 years experience in LIC at various levels. Combination of Leadership, Client Management Skills, Strategic and domain Consulting experience across different geographies, Operational excellence and IT skills backed by Insurance Industry exposure for the last 23 years has certainly helped me to grow as a person think out of the box in many occasions. Worked in 10 different countries across the world, Have consulted for Big Players Like AIG, Tokio Marine, AMEX, ICICI Prudential, Atradius, New York Life. Pretty much hands on experience in all areas of Life Insurance operations with Life Insurance Corporation of India. These days I focus on delivering Medium to large programs. Have published papers in leading Insurance Journals and presented a paper in a global actuarial symposium on Solvency II regulations.
