My career commenced in India as an assistant HR coordinator and assistant training coordinator where I meticulously balanced team performance resource management and operational standards to push the envelope on productivity and efficiency. I'm currently honing my educational and training acumen at GBS Dubai with a Pearson Certified Diploma expected in 2024. My background includes a robust educational foundation with an MBA in HRM and a Bachelor’s in Psychology enabling me to navigate complex professional landscapes with ease and effectiveness.
