About Nandini Singh

An MBA student at the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER) Bhopal specializing in Finance and Human Resources and currently interning at Corporate Steps. My internship allows me to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR policy development. With a background in commerce and a strong foundation in management concepts I bring a balanced mix of analytical skills and people-oriented thinking. Throughout my academic journey I’ve demonstrated initiative and leadership through roles like Finance Club Coordinator and Management Fest Committee member where I organized events and promoted financial literacy. I’ve also actively participated in business simulations and competitions including the HBR stimulation activity and a winning KYC project analysis showcasing my ability to apply theory to real-world scenarios. I aim to continuously evolve by embracing challenges collaborating with diverse teams and contributing to people-first business solutions.
