About Nanditha Ravindra

Master of Business Administration graduate with a specialization in Human Resource Management. I was employed as a psychologist at NMKRV PU College in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. I commenced my position in June 2020, following the completion of my master's degree in 2019. Additionally, I gained experience at Canara Higher Primary School for about one year immediately after obtaining my M.Sc. During my professional journey, I have facilitated both individual and group counseling sessions. In addition, I have facilitated psychoeducation sessions utilizing cognitive and behavioral therapies. At my workplace, I have addressed several challenges including low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, difficulties with attention and focus, goal setting, lack of self-confidence, training in study skills, panic attacks, relationship problems, stress management, and motivation. My primary objective is to assist individuals experiencing mental health concerns, recognizing its significance on par with physical well-being. I want to create a comfortable environment for my clients by adopting a non-judgmental attitude. This approach will enable them to effectively manage their daily challenges and navigate different situations in a more positive and beneficial manner.
