I thrive in fast-paced, Agile environments thanks to my flexibility and open-minded approach. Being self-motivated, I naturally take the initiative in my projects, all while fostering great relationships with colleagues and clients alike. My leadership is not like a "follow me!" style, but I can support people by energizing and can maximaize the teams' potential up. I don't choose a mountain to climb just because it is the highest one, but I can choose the best one at the time being.
