About Naoise Doyle
Beginning my career in AIB in an Operational Role I led 3 teams across a 10 year period. Each team I led brought it's own unique challenges allowing me to develop a strong skill set during some extremely difficult and challenging times for the company. In 2015 I was promoted to Officer in Digital Channel Development working specifically in Digital Engagement as product owner for several SAS Digital Engagement tools deployed by AIB. I have been key to the development of customer facing engagement tools such as Web Chat / Secure Messaging and AIB Screen Share. In Q3 2017 I was the technical lead on AIB's Local Market Video, this pilot deployed Video Conferencing Technology to a selected number of AIB branch and Outlet locations to provide our customer base the convenience of a face to face financial consultation remotely. In Q1 2019 I was promoted into a management position where I lead a team of skilled BA's to deliver AIB's Open Banking API suite. I successfully delivered the roadmap prescribed by the OBIE before finishing my career in AIB in Q1 2022. In March 2022 I joined Escher Group as a senior Product Owner / Business Analyst.
