About Naoki K.

Naoki is an enthusiastic self-starter with strong leadership and cross cultural communications skills. He has extensive professional experiences with proven track record in strategic consulting, consumer marketing, digital technology and MBA. He is now leading Retail Industry Sales Organisation as Industry Head of Google Japan managing around 10 direct members and 30+ indirect project members to transform the traditional retail industry through digital technology in Japan and APAC. He is also leading partnership strategy of Google APAC with consulting firm to develop next generation consulting / transformation offering of Google around Retail industry. He used to be leading Go-To-Market strategy of YouTube Solution for SMB market as APAC Product and Sales Activation Team in Google. His work focuses in the area of crafting sales and marketing strategy, partnership development, and CXO engagement acceleration. Before joining Google, Naoki used to be a manager of Deloitte Consulting as a core member of strategic consulting division -Monitor Deloitte- with CPG/Retail and Telecom Media Technology sector focus. He was promoted to Manager from Analyst faster than anyone else in Deloitte Consulting Japan in recent years. He had deeply engaged in various strategy & operation consulting project for CXO level of top tier clients. Naoki’s works focused in the area of Business strategy, Marketing & Sales Strategy, Digital strategy & Analytics and Business Transformation mainly in Japan & APAC and several years experiences working in UK with local country office. Prior to Deloitte, he operated student-athlete consulting services as the managing director serving business / career plan consultation services to those students who have a proven track record in athletic fields in Japan. His academic career in International Business and Social Entrepreneurship and a variety range of extracurricular experience in Australia, Hong Kong and Japan has also allowed him to retain his individuality and knowledge to thrive in fierce business competition.
