About Naoki Kai

My mission is to deliver optimal, end-to-end technical solutions that address our customers' business challenges, covering the entire lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support. As the APAC Technical Director at Kollective, I lead the technical division for the Asia-Pacific region. My core strength lies in combining the top-tier technical support expertise I cultivated at Cisco working with major telecommunications carriers, with the solution-driven pre-sales skills I have developed at Kollective. This dual experience enables me to craft highly feasible proposals that consider future operational needs from the very beginning. It also allows me to rapidly identify the root cause and drive resolution in the event of any technical issues. Moving forward, as the leader of the APAC technical team, I am dedicated to delivering this value across the entire organization and building long-term, trusted relationships with our customers.
