About Naomi Clark

I absolutely love what I do and have been building my career within the retail industry for the last 15 years. I’ve loved my journey from Barista to Operations Manager and am so grateful to be part of the Scoffs Group Ltd team, an exciting and growing Costa Franchise! My part time role as NSO Manager will be to support the Operation Managers, and work with the Store Managers to recruit and train effective teams. I will also be supporting the introduction of exciting new brands to the Scoffs Group. In addition to my career in Costa, for the last 9 years I have invested time in building my own online business to further develop my skills as a leader and business owner. My absolute passion is investing time in people and helping them reach their full potential. My love for personal development as grown over the years and I commit to growing and improving every day whilst teaching others to do the same. I believe in being committed to a goal and am forever open to new opportunities.
