It’s scrappy. It’s exciting. It’s raw. And it reminded me that magic happens when structure meets possibility. Plan international travel with the precision of a military operation and the empathy of a seasoned traveler. Train new joiners, manage vendors, coordinate teams across time zones, and ensure the little things never fall through.
