My current role is Assistant Director with responsibility for ISQM (International Standard on Quality Management) Archiving Control compliance, Management Information Reporting, Automation, and Data Management of electronic audit document archiving. I enjoy logical and analytical work, and have strong technical ability in MS Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive etc, as well as system administrator, and technical experience in many audit support and call centre tools. I have supervised or managed teams of up to 40 people spread across multiple locations and time zones at various points in my career. This has been cultivated over more than 25 years experience in the following areas: Designing and preparing MI reporting, dashboards, trackers and workbooks in line with regulatory and policy Audit archiving requirements. ISQM control compliance processes, templates and workbooks - in line with the requirements for the 3 ISQM controls I'm responsible for Document control, process writing and repository management Training, coaching and supporting all UK and Ireland based ARC administrators and Quality team in all the above Managing and scheduling workloads, training, feedback and cover for remote or offshore team members Variance analysis, historical analysis, forecasting future volumes Resource coordinating, capacity planning Budget preparation and analysis (actual v forecast) System Administration
