About Naomi Silverman

I am an accomplished and extremely motivated young woman who’s currently working towards a BA in psychology at the University of Iowa. Additionally, I have already completed my public health certificate, also through the University of Iowa. As an ambitious, and strong willed woman, I am graduating a semester early in December of 2025. In the last 5 years, through volunteering for a total of hours, and held a variety of jobs. I have learned a multitude of skills that are very versatile. I have developed impregnable communication, customer service, effective collaborative, and customer service skills and strategies. These key skills are applicable not only in the work place, but my academic environment, and my personal environments as well. I have a drive to learn new skills and improve my current skills furthermore. These key qualities have allocated me to develop quality communication strategies, not only in my personal life but, my academic environment, and my work environments. I have found working primarily with in the service industry has allocated me to develop and practice valuable forms of communication, in a multitude of ways. The skills I have gained from my experiences in the workforce have helped me to develop strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a deep understanding of customer service. I am seeking a position that will simultaneously contribute an organizations personal success, as well as develop me own skills even further.
