About Naomi Tran

I want to make life easier by developing intuitive and accessible technology that works for you. With over two years of experience enhancing user experience and interface design and improving workflows to increase efficiency, I currently work as an IT Business Analyst at the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board. My academic background in cognitive systems, specializing in computer science, along with a Master of Management, has equipped me to bridge the gap between technology and business. I’m passionate about blending my technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver innovative solutions, whether in tech consulting, product management, or leading development teams. While I’m proficient in implementation, my true passion lies in shaping visions, crafting strategies, and guiding teams to creatively solve complex challenges. In my pastime, you can find me playing a round of Catan or Rummy, destroying my peers in pickleball, getting humbly checkmated on Chess.com, or binging a Freida McFadden book.
