Empowerment is a personal value that I am deeply passionate about. It allows people to celebrate their own potential, or someone else's. In my past experiences as the CEO of MooreBodyFitness, I found fulfillment in guiding clients on their quest for empowerment through helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. The satisfaction of watching them gain confidence, knowledge and consistency was priceless. Today, I am still as adamant about empowerment, but I am seeking to add value in the Human Resources industry. I want to serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring that they are equipped with all available tools and resources that fuel their personal growth and development. My current role with Bank of America is complicit with my customer service-oriented background, and Iam eager to continue exploring opportunities that will lead to empowering more of those around me.
