Knowledge Purview- PLC programming skill in RS Logix and SCADA system ECS platform and programming skill in FLSmidth Automations ACESYS and Developing SCADA screen in ECS and troubleshooting and maintenance of PLCs. Maintenance, operations, calibration & troubleshooting of field instruments. Process control and monitoring instruments like Power transducers, Pressure and DP transmitters, load cells, speed sensors, pull cord & Belt sway switches, Thermocouples, RTDs, Handling level sensors, temperature and level transducers, photoelectric and proximity switches, weigh feeders, water flow meter, Actuator Dampers etc. Calibration of Weigh Feeders, Bin calibration, Solid Flow Feeder, Gas analyser system, Pfister scale etc. Maintenance and troubleshooting of LS, COAL and SLAG stacker/reclaimer (Make-FLSmidth).
