As the Chief Retail Officer at Nayara Energy, I lead the core business vertical of marketing that contributes 50% of the overall organization's revenue and profitability. My mission is to scale up the retail business to double in the next five years, enhance the market share and effectiveness by more than 50%, and create value by upgrading and enhancing better value propositions for customers, partners, and stakeholders. I also aim to make the current business future-ready by exploring new product and business segments, such as biofuels and EVs, that align with the environmental conscious goals of the industry. I have a strong track record of delivering strong growth in volume, gross margin, and market share, as well as introducing new synergies and products, such as MTO and ethanol.
