About Narayan Shankar

As an objective-oriented collaborator I have helped build brand performance for global and emerging brands through effective story-scaping, go-to-market planning, and on-ground marketing execution I have a diverse experience mix that includes, running profit centers as the Head of business across various advertising and direct marketing agencies, being a key member of corporate marketing and an incubated startup within HCL Technologies, heading account planning and strategy for large brands at FCB, and, as the Head of Marketing at Enparadigm. My expertise lies in generating consumer insights, building product value propositions and brand strategy, market mapping, defining the content architecture, and performance marketing. Operationally, I have structured and built teams for marketing, customer success, inside sales and marketing ops, been a core contributor to business planning and strategy development, have been a part of cross-border task forces, and worked closely with NPD to develop and test new product concepts, put in a phenomenal amount of work pitching and responding to RFPs. During my career, I have run large teams, small teams, and run all by myself and have developed more than a passing understanding of multiple categories, enterprise customers, and end consumers.
