Getting IT done for me stands for bringing an effort to enable business value and realize strategic goals as a team. As certified Senior Project Manager with a background in (aviation)logistics and over fourteen years experience in the financial services industry, I’ve primarily led international and multidisciplinary (agile) projects. The successful realization of the increasingly complex projects has been made possible due to my unconditioned commitment, hands-on approach and strong focus on interpersonal relations. My goal oriented conviction and enthusiasm serves as a catalyst on the project team. The stakeholders are actively involved and encouraged to think along with our challenges. Politically sensitive discussions are faced instead of avoided. I am convinced that the key to project success lies in close cooperation of project team and its stakeholders in a respectful and safe environment. What describes me best? My perseverance, focus on interpersonal relations, flexibility and trust. Currently I’m responsible for the migration of 'International merchant acquiring processing activities' for an established acquirer.
