My life journey has provided me with extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and in parallel allowed me to grow and thrive in settings that present an opportunity for me to increase efficiency and maximize results. Working in multiple newly created positions has taught me to master the art of change management in an ever-evolving profession. My experiences, and background as a Medical Doctor, have continued to cultivate and drive my passion for developing evidence-based healthcare systems that are built on the fundamentals of an efficient workflow for the provider and with the patient at its core. Interests: Healthcare management and operations, healthcare systems and processes, change management, systems development, physician and patient experience, quality and innovation.
