About Nardine Abuabdo

First and foremost, I am a human who is in a constant search for wisdom and meaning. Now let’s dive into some clinical stuff; I’m a therapist who is currently working with families and children to assist them reach some sense of harmony and balance in their relationships by assisting them to use their strengths into getting their needs met. My expertise includes working with people of all ages and personalities, using a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, and offering a culturally sensitive services to people at their own pace as I highly respect the uniqueness and richness of each human being. I enjoy generating new ideas and creating feasible and tailored solutions to my clients and empowering them to create the change they need. However, what I cherish the most is seeing my clients grow and walk away feeling lighter, and of course getting to learn from them too. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, curious, empathetic individual who is always advocating for my clients, and constantly trying to improve and learn something out of all my interactions.
