About Narelle Walker

I love working with people to find solutions, to make things better. Making changes aligned with strategic aims, bringing people along through asking and listening to them, then evaluating the impact of changes. I am seeking a role that works with teams to chart meaningful progress, engaging all stakeholders with authentic change management. In a former life at UniSA I worked as a Performance Analyst administering both internal and national surveys. I have worked across a range of roles evaluating student and staff initiatives using survey tools, interviews and data analysis and communicating the findings to internal stakeholders. As a Business Analyst and Change Manager I enjoyed liaising between student service teams and technical staff to implement CRM systems to improve reporting and data collection. I have always combined my professional life with my love of the arts and environmental issues. For the last five years I have held the role of Chair of Vitalstatistix, an arts organisation based in Port Adelaide focussed upon developing contemporary art and enriching community life.
