In 34 years of my career as a HR Business Leader, my endeavor has been to propel business growth by deploying leadership strategies in simple ways to make people successful. My entrepreneurial HR work in three decades in line with my belief that human potential is unlimited has earned me an award ''101 TOP HR MINDS'' of India bestowed in the World HRD Congress held in February 2019. HR is not a support function, it in-fact Leads Business and the testimony of this belief in action is that while we earned ‘’NATIONAL BEST EMPLOYER BRAND 2018’’ in its category here at Jaquar, we grew from 500 to 3250 Rs. Crore Company in last 10 years. While being the Indian market leader we have expanded our horizons in 50 countries. We have lovable work environment- it is incredibly satisfying personally to me that we have developed best-in-class professionals at various levels of Management. I feel proud & happy for my bit of contribution as part of its first line leadership next to visionary promoters, in this spectacular growth journey of Jaquar Group and endeavor is to add value to make this Indian MNC a ‘’Global Leader in Complete Bathroom Solutions’’.
