I hold certifications in ITIL, CSM, and SAFe, demonstrating my proficiency in IT service management, agile methodologies, and scaled agile frameworks. I am currently associated with CIBC, one of the largest banks in Canada, where I lead the Testing & BA team for the investment management division. I am working on a technology transformation project in the wealth management domain, transitioning from Legacy Trading Application to W360 Trading Platform. I have successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects across various domains and platforms, leveraging my skills in business process automation, program management, and requirements analysis. I also contribute to the test tool development and the testing center of excellence, enhancing the quality and reliability of the testing processes and outcomes.
