A seasoned finance professional with extensive global experience in the corporate finance segment as well as operation in outsourcing industry for 23 plus years. I am well versed in working closely with a private equity team with focus on value creation in a timebound manner. The key highlights of my stint has been diversity of roles across finance gamut in a global setup which included leading large finance third party operations globally, setting up the F&A capability from scratch, leading the corporate finance function for national & international locations as well as acquisition and integration of large acquired entities. I have been able to garner considerable experience across controllership, Financial Panning and Analysis. Merger & Acquisition and operations which gives me a holistic understanding of finance and operations. I also see my ability to work with people from diverse background in a cohesive manner effectively based on my global experience as a key differentiator.
