About Narendra Kala

I have 35 years of project management experience while managing capital projects in the field of oil & gas; nuclear; and energy projects. I have managed and executed projects successfully and profitably managing numerous concurrent projects through all project life cycle from conception through completion within targeted cost, schedule, and compliance parameters. Sustaining a high safety performance reputation, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing corporate costs and liability have been a consistent result of my professional commitment. I have managed projects with complete stakeholders satisfaction to name the few projects namely, Naga Pelican Project, Indonesia (being a consortium project manager managing project teams of two consortium project partners - Swiber and Saipem); UF6 & UO2 Remediation nuclear projects; D1 Development project and other offshore / onshore projects. I am analytical, insightful, and disciplined problem solver with a demonstrated ability to identify and secure project resources, and provide the quality leadership that invokes committed professional participation on the contractor and subcontractor levels. Because I excel at building mutually respectful relationships, I have developed and sustained exceptional client / contractor / subcontractor contacts and networks and have earned the respect from all the circles.
