Quality and Customer (Internal/external) service is my passion. I believe success of an Organization is tied to strategy, people and systems. I integrate intuition, training, analytical & technical knowledge, statistical tools and Quality management system to excel an organization's performance. Improve revenue for an organization is by means of prime quality product, cost savings by reducing waste/reworks and purchased supplies with negotiated contracts, and using quality structure(ISO, cGMP) for long term sustained profitability & growth. I have seen analytical instruments uptime and its ability to produce correct and trustable data are the keys for a lab setting to increase revenue and growth for an organization. I am perfectly comfortable to work on field analyzers and/or instruments in Lab settings (Project work or full time basis).
