And that still continues in my current stint with Sapiens Technologies. A passionate recruiting professional who entered into Human Resource industry became digital recruiting specialist by choice. I love recruiting and opportunities new age digital & technology presents to make it more creative, interesting and fun. Strongly believe that today's recruiter needs to think like a marketer, act as a hunter but be human. My vision is to transform recruiting process into a talent attraction, sourcing & engagement process driven through values & culture which belongs to people of any company. While "Sourcing" is a strong backbone of entire talent acquisition process, digital provides enormous potential to connect closely with candidates - not just minds but hearts! I enjoy training TA’s on new sourcing & social recruiting techniques. I have been involved in training for past 4+ years now. It's all about people and recruiters; invest into them to make them a real differentiator. I'm no Guru and still very curious to learn new ways of sourcing & engaging. I love chartering new territories, taking new challenges and bringing real difference to organization's talent acquisition & engagement capabilities.
