I started as an engineer, right after my college, struggled to get my first job. However, a constant learning gee, is the one pushed me to go beyond my known world: expose to global world, achieved to get my Erasmus scholarship grant, learnt new cultures, new people, infact the way to interact and deal with diverse people > PUT me on global travel roadmap. Got into research world with industry-uni partnership in Norway >learned to dig into details, developed & Scale up innovations/state of art technologies > pure hands on with production and workshop D2Dmanagement, while owing and securing P&L (profit & loss) and key metrics > delivered diverse projects, be it improve customer satisfaction, strategic initiatives, integrations, partner managements/ restructuring organization etc. Now, I am on path to revamp our manufacturing sites to be more efficient, agile, digitalized and sustainable: be start from raw materials to distribution/delivery to market with utmost traceability. I along with team, we build transformation roadmap for mass production facilities in Asia, including implementation strategy on scale of >100M$, without impacting any service levels > started delivering savings/positive variance in tune of X M$/yr.
