About Naresh Podichetty

As a Solutions Architect at EPAM Systems, I collaborate with clients and internal teams to define, clarify, and refine application architecture and design requirements. I have over 4 years of experience in this role, working with various matrix teams and driving constructive discussions towards solution achievement. I also support an Agile team with responsibilities ranging from creating and demonstrating Proof of Concepts (POCs), developing reference architectures and best practices, to performing architecture analyses and evaluating leading-edge technologies for use in enterprise. In addition to my current role, I have previously worked as a Senior Technical Architect at Varite India Ltd and a Java Software Architect at Accolite Software India Pvt Ltd. In these roles, I designed APIs, implemented CI/CD processes, set up Git hub best practices, and improved products by transforming them to newer architectures with the latest frameworks. I also coordinated with internal and external teams, shared status reporting, and directed the development of technology roadmaps. I hold certifications in MuleSoft Development, Scrum Master, and Scrum Product Owner, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
